Lux Melide exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed felt plush and inviting after a long day of walking. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which provided my morning fix before heading out on the Camino. The breakfast spread was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to fuel my day ahead. The location is truly ideal, nestled right on the Camino route and near several charming restaurants. However, there were a few drawbacks. The elevator seemed slow and crowded, especially during breakfast rush. Additionally, I experienced some noise from neighboring rooms due to thin walls, which affected my sleep quality at times. I also noticed some lack of clarity regarding laundry services, which could be better communicated. Overall, a pleasant stay with ample room for improvement.

One elevator for both staff and guests leads to crowded conditions, particularly during breakfast. Issues with hot water in the shower on a cold day were annoying but manageable, using down blankets to stay warm. Finding afternoon coffee or tea was tricky, as no clear options existed within the hotel. ended up grabbing some in town instead.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for a night and loved the spacious layout. The bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day.
